Today was such a good day! The morning started off with a little slow we could tell it was a Monday but it soon picked up when group time started. In the Pine room this morning there was a lot of fishing going on and the children were so excited to see the new rainbow fish that was added to the pond center. They went fishing then they cooked them on the grill.
The new sushi restaurant was the place to play today. Mrs. Gursky was playing with the children most of the morning and it looked like a lot of fun. They were taking orders and serving sushi to hungry customers.
The graduate student came today and she talked to the children about different animals and the children played a category game. They had to put the animals into categories of animals with fur, scales, feathers or neither.
