Hello! Today was a different day than usual! With the stormy weather this morning, we were not allowed to go outside to play. Maple and Pine were both opened for centers. Although the rain kept us inside, it didn't stop the children from having fun! There were many animals being saved at the Veterinarian office and many blocks being built with in the construction area. After lunch, instead of our usual outside time, the classrooms split up to have 2 different scavenger hunts throughout the EHS building. It was nice to get out of the classrooms and searching for specific things throughout the 4 floors of the building. It was a special snack of ice cream sundaes today, with broccoli and cauliflower, yum! At 2:30, we were finally allowed to burn some energy and go outside to enjoy some warm weather!
Tomorrow is our last normal day of school! We are having lunch with some of the CMU police officers. We hope to see you all on Wednesday between 10:30-2:30 for a family cook out with fun activities planned!
