Thursday October 6, 2011- POD A

 Today, the children spent a lot of time outside. We had a picnic lunch in the Zen Garden right outside the classroom with PB&J, carrots and tomatoes and chips. After the children were done eating we had a variety of activities for them to do that focused on Large Motor Skills.

We also had these buckets that you see in the pictures below that the children are walking in, out for the first time this year and everyone seemed to love them. They worked on Large Motor Skills as well as balancing and traveling skills by putting their feet on top of the buckets and using them to walk.
