This week the children have been interested in taking care of one another as well as the babies throughout the classroom; mainly in the pretend area and the discovery center. They are dressing, washing and feeding the babies as well as taking care of their health. Some children have taken the babies 'to the doctor' because they were ill. The children are also discussing how to be gentle with babies because they are so small. These discussions have been based off of personal experiences that the children have had with their younger siblings.
