Slim at the texture table

Every week the CDLL has a different texture for children to explore at the texture table in the Walnut Room. This week in the morning the children made slim with a lead teacher; measuring the ingredients, learning about how they react to each other, what it feels like and what it smells like.

"It smells like soap." - Jace

"When you mix it, it looks like cotton candy." - Alijah

"It feels sticky." - Avryl

Early Childhood Standard, Early Learning Expectation: Children show how they feel, what they think, and what they are learning through experiences in the visual arts.
