Pod A, Thursday, June 14th

Today we were able to get back into our normal routine, after our busy week with field trips. We have some new materials out in the outdoor construction area, such as wood pieces and miniature bricks. The children have enjoyed building many things with these materials already. We also began making a pretend campfire this week to put in the dramatic play area where we already have a tent and some other camping supplies. The rainbow we are making in the outdoor art area is also almost finished! We went on a picnic lunch today to a new spot to us, by Bush Theater. The children said that they liked it, and enjoyed the new sights. It was a great day at the end of a busy and great week!
