Hello everyone! Today we had a few new things to explore in the classrooms. The Walnut room had moon sand, but the light table was a big hit! We combined water beads and magnet-tiles to create a colorful experience.
The water table was open, as usual, but with large basters added. They experienced how it makes bubbles and fills up.
Naturally, there was some silly moments. Children were exploring together inside, kicking back outside, and sometimes just making silly faces for the camera.
It was nice that we got some time outside today, before the rain rolled in again. We didn't even need rain gear!
We had a couple new areas in the Pine room today also. A beauty shop was set up where the pet shop used to be. Both children and teachers had their hair done.
We added sushi and Asian Cuisine to the restaurant for something new for them to explore.
And of course, with all of the changes made, some things stayed the same. The writing centers attracted children for activities, and teachers read books to groups of children.
See you all tomorrow!
