Today one of the activities outside was playing with the blue, red, green and yellow parachute! The children had so much fun doing this with the teachers. As a group we shook the parachute while sitting on the ground then with a ball on top. The goal was to see how long we could keep the ball on there. The children played cat and mouse; the mouse was underneath the parachute while the cat was on top trying to find the mouse; while we shook the parachute again! They were all able to play cat or mouse as they chose. We all sat underneath the parachute too. The children laughed and had a great time with this activity.
Once we were under the parachute Zoey said, "It's hot under here!"
The children seeing how long they can keep the ball on top of the parachute!
The children playing Cat and Mouse. Harper was the cat and Larry was the mouse.
