Today we were able to watch the snow fall during our morning group! During large group in the Walnut room, we talked about different activities we can do in the snow, and ways to stay warm in the cold weather.
In the Oak room today, play-dough and glitter glue were two different fine-motor activities that many of the children chose to explore. The stage was also a popular area all morning and the children were busy dancing to their favorite songs!
In the hallway, many of the children were delivering and making mail for their friends. We are starting to see some very full mailboxes!
In the Walnut room today, the water sensory tables have been catching the interests of many children. They have been discovering what items can float and what items can sink. They have also been busy building structures out of magna-tiles and different manipulatives.
